Mrs. Maureen McManus

Biography

After 16 years of Catholic Education, I graduated from University of Santa Clara with a BA in English in 1973. The following year, I earned my Early Childhood Education Credential from California State University, Hayward.

Altogether, I have taught for most of the ensuing 38 years in Preschool,and First and Second Grades. During that time, I also substituted in all grades,K-8, taught CCD, and worked with the children's choir at St. Mary Parish in Gilroy.

This is my 12th year at St. Catherine School doing what I love best: teaching Second Grade!

On a personal note--my husband and I have been married for 39 years and are the proud parents of 1 son, Sean, age 31.
